Purpose
This document provides the comprehensive emergency contact list for Eddie's Doggy Daycare. It must be displayed in a visible location at the Harlow site (office, staff room, and each barn) and must be kept up to date at all times. All staff must familiarise themselves with this list during their induction and know where to find it.

9. Display & Review
- This contact list must be printed and displayed at every site location (office, staff room, each barn, kitchen)
- A digital copy must be accessible on the staff WhatsApp group
- Phone numbers must be verified quarterly (January, April, July, October)
- Any changes must be updated immediately and all staff notified
- The manager on duty is responsible for ensuring the displayed version is current

Key Holder Response and External Display
- A named key holder is contactable at all times, including outside operating hours, and can attend the site within 30 minutes.
- The emergency contact name and telephone number are displayed on a weatherproof sign on the outside of the premises, visible from the entrance gate, so that police, fire service or a passer-by can reach a key holder at any hour.
- Vet details (practice name, address, daytime and out-of-hours numbers) are displayed inside the office, staff room, each barn and the kitchen.
- This contact list is verified quarterly; the verification date and initials are recorded at the foot of the displayed copy.
